Paving Contractor in Lake Worth Beach, FL

West Palm Beach

Pavers, Concrete, and Asphalt Done by One Crew

Elite Pavement Contracting brings full paving service to Lake Worth Beach, FL and the surrounding Palm Beach County communities. We install brick and travertine pavers, pour concrete driveways and pool decks, and handle commercial asphalt from parking lots to striping. One insured crew covers the whole job, matched to the drainage, soil, and traffic your property actually deals with.

Built for the Conditions Around Here

Pavement in this part of Florida takes a beating. Intense UV bleaches asphalt, seasonal downpours wash out weak bases, and coastal humidity breeds mold on porous surfaces. We build for those realities from the ground up, compacting a proper base, grading every surface to drain, and sealing against sun and moisture. Local codes and permit requirements get handled up front, so your driveway, patio, or lot passes inspection and holds up season after season without the callbacks that cheaper work invites.

A Local Crew You Can Count On

We’re owner-operated and fully insured, and our crews work throughout the county, so we’re rarely far from your property. That means quicker scheduling, faster quotes, and someone accountable who actually shows up. Property managers and HOA boards keep calling us back because we do what we say, give honest repair-versus-replace advice, and stand behind the structural work long after the crew packs up. When something needs attention, you deal with the owner, not a call center three states away.

Lake Worth Beach, Fl — Palm Beach County Historic Coastal City Pavement Authority and Lake Avenue Corridor Paver & Concrete Specialist

Serving Lake Worth Beach Pavers, Concrete, and Hardscape Projects

Lake Worth Beach's Palm Beach County historic coastal position where Lake Avenue meets the Intracoastal Waterway creates distinct residential and commercial pavement challenges that inexperienced contractors simply do not understand. The city's authentic character — combining a beloved historic downtown on Lake Avenue with a diverse residential base in historic districts, the Lake Worth Beach Casino area, and the eclectic neighborhoods between Dixie Highway and the water — creates installation demands shaped by historic district aesthetic standards, coastal salt air exposure, older residential property constraints, and a community that values craftsmanship and character over generic contractor output.

The Problem

A homeowner in Lake Worth Beach's historic neighborhood east of Dixie Highway called Elite Pavement Contracting about a rear patio project. The property was a 1940s coastal bungalow — charming, well-maintained, modest in scale — and the homeowner wanted a rear patio that felt right for the character of the home and the neighborhood. They'd looked at pavers but felt the material and scale were better suited for larger properties. They asked about decorative concrete as an option.

What We Did

Decorative concrete was absolutely the right answer here. The bungalow's rear yard was compact and the homeowner's aesthetic pointed toward something that looked natural and integrated rather than engineered. We poured a concrete patio with a slate-texture stamp in two complementary earth tones — a warm tan base with a charcoal antiquing wash — that read as natural stone without the cost of actual stone. The coastal environment required a marine-grade UV sealer specifically formulated for Lake Worth Beach's salt air exposure. The front sidewalk from the street to the entry was poured in brushed concrete with a subtle herringbone scoring pattern that added character without competing with the bungalow's architecture.

The Outcome

The homeowner described the finished patio as looking like it had always been part of the house. The stamped pattern and earth tone color scheme read as natural and unpretentious — consistent with the neighborhood's historic character. The marine-grade sealer has maintained the surface quality through the rainy season without the fading that standard sealers develop under coastal UV.

What the Client Said

“Decorative concrete was the right call for this house and this neighborhood. Elite poured a stamped patio that looks like natural stone from ten feet away and sealed it properly for the salt air. The front walkway with the scoring pattern ties the whole front of the house together. Perfect fit for a Lake Worth Beach bungalow.”
