Paving Contractor in Boynton Beach, FL

West Palm Beach

Pavers, Concrete, and Asphalt Done by One Crew

Elite Pavement Contracting brings full paving service to Boynton Beach, FL  and the surrounding Palm Beach County communities. We install brick and travertine pavers, pour concrete driveways and pool decks, and handle commercial asphalt from parking lots to striping. One insured crew covers the whole job, matched to the drainage, soil, and traffic your property actually deals with.

Built for the Conditions Around Here

Pavement in this part of Florida takes a beating. Intense UV bleaches asphalt, seasonal downpours wash out weak bases, and coastal humidity breeds mold on porous surfaces. We build for those realities from the ground up, compacting a proper base, grading every surface to drain, and sealing against sun and moisture. Local codes and permit requirements get handled up front, so your driveway, patio, or lot passes inspection and holds up season after season without the callbacks that cheaper work invites.

A Local Crew You Can Count On

We’re owner-operated and fully insured, and our crews work throughout the county, so we’re rarely far from your property. That means quicker scheduling, faster quotes, and someone accountable who actually shows up. Property managers and HOA boards keep calling us back because we do what we say, give honest repair-versus-replace advice, and stand behind the structural work long after the crew packs up. When something needs attention, you deal with the owner, not a call center three states away.

Boynton Beach, Fl — Palm Beach County Coastal Community Pavement Authority and Congress Avenue Corridor Paver & Concrete Specialist

Serving Boynton Beach Pavers, Concrete, and Hardscape Projects

Boynton Beach's Palm Beach County coastal position where Congress Avenue meets the Intracoastal Waterway creates distinct residential and commercial pavement challenges that generic contractors simply do not understand. The community's transformation from quiet beach town to one of Palm Beach County's most active residential markets, combined with established neighborhoods like Leisureville, Chapel Hill, and the waterfront communities east of Federal Highway, creates installation demands shaped by three decades of HOA-governed development, sandy coastal soils, and South Florida's relentless UV and humidity cycle.

The Problem

A homeowner in Boynton Beach's Renaissance Commons area called Elite Pavement Contracting with a problem they'd been living with for three years: a concrete pool deck that had cracked in multiple locations, retained heat so badly the family couldn't walk on it barefoot in the afternoon, and had developed a drainage issue that was sending water toward the screen enclosure foundation rather than away from it. The original concrete was ten years old and beyond effective repair.

What We Did

We removed the old concrete deck completely and assessed the drainage grade around the pool perimeter before specifying the replacement. The drain issue was from a flat section of original concrete that hadn't been pitched correctly during the initial installation. We corrected the grade during base preparation — establishing a proper slope away from the screen enclosure on all sides. For the deck surface, we specified natural travertine pavers. Travertine is the right call for a Boynton Beach pool deck for two reasons the homeowner didn't know before they called us: it stays significantly cooler than concrete under South Florida's afternoon sun because of its natural porous structure, and the tumbled finish is naturally slip-resistant wet or dry. We installed the travertine with sealed joints appropriate for pool chemical exposure and added a non-slip sealer finish.

The Outcome

The homeowner's family used the pool deck barefoot from the first weekend after installation — something they hadn't been able to do since the original deck went in. The drainage correction solved the enclosure foundation concern. The travertine has maintained its appearance through South Florida's summer storm season without any staining or surface degradation.

What the Client Said

“The old concrete deck was cracked, burning hot, and draining toward my screen enclosure. Elite fixed the drainage grade before laying a single paver, then put down travertine that we can actually walk on barefoot in July. That combination of fixing the real problem and using the right material — that's what makes the difference.”
