Paving Contractor in Jupiter, FL
West Palm Beach
Pavers, Concrete, and Asphalt Done by One Crew
Elite Pavement Contracting brings full paving service to Jupiter, FL and the surrounding Palm Beach County communities. We install brick and travertine pavers, pour concrete driveways and pool decks, and handle commercial asphalt from parking lots to striping. One insured crew covers the whole job, matched to the drainage, soil, and traffic your property actually deals with.
Built for the Conditions Around Here
Pavement in this part of Florida takes a beating. Intense UV bleaches asphalt, seasonal downpours wash out weak bases, and coastal humidity breeds mold on porous surfaces. We build for those realities from the ground up, compacting a proper base, grading every surface to drain, and sealing against sun and moisture. Local codes and permit requirements get handled up front, so your driveway, patio, or lot passes inspection and holds up season after season without the callbacks that cheaper work invites.
A Local Crew You Can Count On
We’re owner-operated and fully insured, and our crews work throughout the county, so we’re rarely far from your property. That means quicker scheduling, faster quotes, and someone accountable who actually shows up. Property managers and HOA boards keep calling us back because we do what we say, give honest repair-versus-replace advice, and stand behind the structural work long after the crew packs up. When something needs attention, you deal with the owner, not a call center three states away.

Fun Facts
Jupiter, Fl — Northern Palm Beach County Waterfront Community Pavement Authority and Indiantown Road Corridor Paver & Concrete Specialist
Serving Jupiter Pavers, Concrete, and Hardscape Projects
Jupiter's northern Palm Beach County position where Indiantown Road meets the Loxahatchee River and the Intracoastal Waterway creates distinct residential pavement challenges that conventional contractors simply cannot navigate. The community's identity as one of Florida's most desirable waterfront residential destinations, combining established neighborhoods in Admirals Cove and Frenchman's Creek with newer developments along Central Boulevard and the waterfront communities along the Loxahatchee and Jupiter Inlet, creates installation demands shaped by waterfront soil saturation, premium residential property standards, HOA-governed communities with strict aesthetic requirements, and the year-round outdoor living culture of one of Palm Beach County's most active coastal communities.

The Problem
A homeowner on Jupiter's Loxahatchee River side called Elite Pavement Contracting about a failing pool deck and a rear outdoor area that had never been properly developed since the home was built. The existing pool deck was an original concrete pour that had cracked at the expansion joints and stained badly from pool chemical exposure over the years. They wanted the deck replaced and the rear outdoor space — between the pool and the rear lanai — developed into a real entertaining area. They had a style in mind but weren't sure what materials made sense.
What We Did
We met with the homeowner and their family before proposing anything — the way the space was actually used mattered for the design and material decisions. The pool deck got travertine in a classic ivory shade: stays cool underfoot in Jupiter's afternoon sun, slip-resistant when wet at the pool edge, doesn't stain from the pool chemicals the way concrete does, and looks right on a Jupiter waterfront property. The rear entertaining area between the pool and lanai was designed as a large paver patio in the same travertine, extended with a built-in seating wall along one edge — something the family said would change how they used the space. The walkway from the lanai to the pool gate was done in a matching material and width that made the whole outdoor space feel designed rather than assembled.
The Outcome
The homeowner's family used the new outdoor space every weekend through the rest of the season. The built-in seating wall was called out specifically — 'we didn't know we needed it until it was there' is what the homeowner said. The travertine pool deck has stayed cool, clean, and pristine through Jupiter's storm season.
What the Client Said
“Elite came out and listened to how we actually use the space before recommending anything. The travertine pool deck, the patio, the built-in seating wall — it all functions as one outdoor living area now instead of a pool deck and some grass. The family is out there constantly. That's the result.”
